Download and save the Entry Form, (Right click & select "Save As"), fill it out, print it and:
Fax it to 07 4622 7314 & 07 4622 1363
Mail it (along with payment) to: SWDRA, Box 1034, Roma, QLD, 4455
or present it on raceday.
